Node List Pane
==============

The *Node List Pane* is used in the :ref:`run mode<Run_mode>` :ref:`network window<network_window>`. It displays the nodes of the current network in a collapsible list. For instance nodes, it is possible to limit the displayed nodes to the public nodes (that is, to the :ref:`input<input_node>` or :ref:`output<output_node>` nodes of the instance). The Node List Pane is placed to the left of the :ref:`network pane<network_pane>`, unless the display of it has been turned off via the Toggle Node List item of the :ref:`View Menu<view_menu>`.

Figure 1 shows a Node List Pane of a HUGIN network (:ref:`Bayesian network<About_Bayesian_Network>`, :ref:`LIMID<About_Limited_Memory_Influence_Diagram>`, or :ref:`object-oriented network<Object_oriented_network>`).

When you :ref:`expand a node in the node list<expand_node_list>`, you can see the computed results of the last :ref:`propagation<propagation>` in a format similar to :ref:`monitor windows<monitor_windows>`.
